Dear Member,
An informal message has been received from the Delhi government that the black market is springing up once again amid the pandemic for medical equipment and consumables which are essential to deal with Covid. Products such as protective gears, gloves, pulse oximeters, oxygen cylinders, flow enter, concentrators, masks, sanitisers etc are selling at very high price levels, and in few cases over the MRP.
The officer warned strict action against any one caught & the dealer would be booked under the provisions of the Essential Commodities Act.
My humble request to one and all, The SMTA carries the pride of being selfless businessmen in the industry and has always been a leader in good deeds, we should remain ahead of all in times of need by the nation .
