Notices accepted by all 3 Corporations. Meanwhile no coercive action like challan etc can be taken by respondents.
A very good order till next DOH. This is another big achievement of the chamber for welfare of industrial units running activity on all floors.

The advocates appearing on behalf of 3 corporations have given statement to court that they shall within 6 weeks decide and implement the policy of GAzz Not 01.4.2011 for industrial activities on all floors. Meanwhile no coercive action like challan and sealing etc.
