Dear Members,
The Executive Body in its last meeting decided against holding the Annual General Body Meeting 2020 due to the prevailing COVID Pandemic situation in the country. It was also decided that annual accounts for the year 2019-2020 & consent for appointment of auditors should be sought from the Members.
*ANNUAL ACCOUNTS & Appointment of Auditors *
The Annual Accounts of the Surgical Manufacturer and Traders Association for the financial Year 2019-20 are attached below for your reference.
In this period a surplus of Rs 35,937.00 was registered.
We also seek approval from all the members for appointment of auditors M/s Vijay Kapoor and Associates as auditors of SMTA for the next term. We have received the consent from M/s Vijay Kapoor & Associates to be our Auditors for the year 2020-21.
If any objection is not received by 7th January 2021, 12.00 pm , the annual accounts and appointment of auditors will be taken as approved, confirmed and adopted.
