Subject: Inviting details of local manufacturers of specific medical devices/equipment-reg.
The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) has issued the Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) (PPP-M1I) Order, 2017 dated 16.09.2020. In pursuance of the same, the Department of Pharmaceuticals had issued guidelines dated 16.02.2021 for implementation of the Order related to procurement of goods and services in Medical Devices. Both the orders can be accessed on the website of the Department at https://pharmaceuticals.gov.in/policy
