URGENT CALL FOR IMMEDIATE RESPONSE
Dear Members,
Subject: Industrial Land (MEDICAL DEVICE PARK) for Manufacturing Facility in Delhi NCR.
This correspondence is in reference to our ongoing efforts to secure allocation of industrial land for creating the SMTA Medical Device Park.
One of our senior members recently approached the Hon’ble Minister of Industries, Mr. Manjinder Singh Sirsa regarding allotment of the afore mentioned collective land base within the Delhi / NCR Region. The interaction was highly encouraging, and the Minister assured of his support, emphasizing the government’s Make in India initiative which encourages us for an active participation.
In light of this positive development, we propose to confirm our collective interest and intend to arrange a formal meeting with the Minister, along with SMTA members. This gathering will serve to strengthen our commitment and, in turn, facilitate the necessary allotment of such land. it was decided by the Land & Building Sub Committee members to seek necessary consent from interested members on an urgent basis enabling us for an early appointment with the Minister. A deposit of Rs. 50,000.00 (Rs. FIFTY Thousand Only) as primary registration fee (fram the interested members) is requested for seeking allotment of such plot(s). This will be crucial in advancing this matter,
This afore mentioned, interest free amount would be used for registration amount/ or adjusted towards the cost of the plot. this amount shall be kept as a deposit til such approval is received and incase the scheme is not approved the same shall be returnedto the members.
Kindly complete the attached form and submit it to the SMTA Office along with the cheque or transaction details latest by May 20, 2025.
