Creating awareness to the public, stakeholders, applicants &
industries about the recent revision of GST announced by Govt. of India in the medicines, pharmaceuticals & medical devices etc. – Reg.
With reference to the recent decision of the Government regarding rationalization of Goods & Services Tax (GST) rate structures wherein the GST rates of medicines, pharmaceuticals & medical devices have been reduced and will come into effect from 22.09.2025. The GST rationalization and the consequent public benefit have to be disseminated to the public through the industry associations, state drugs authorities, CDSCO offices, stakeholders etc. The campaign has to be continued till 100 days. It is proposed as under:
